Over 40 Vehicles Burglarized At CT Apartment Complex Police in Connecticut are investigating after more than 40 vehicles were broken into, many having their windows smashed. The incident occurred in Hartford County during the early morning hours of Sunday, March 24 at the Stepney Place Apartments on Silas Deanne Highway in Rocky Hill. According to Sgt. Jeffrey Foss-Rugan of the Rocky Hill Police, when police arrived they found a white sedan in the parking lot and one of the occupants actively breaking the window of a vehicle.
