Stratford Felon Nabbed With Guns, Drugs, Police Say A 30-year-old man was arrested following an investigation into the sale of narcotics, as well as firearms, in the Stratford and Bridgeport areas. Manuel Rivas, of Stratford, was arrested on June 19, during the execution of search warrants of his home and vehicle, said Stratford Police Capt. Frank Eannotti.
