JCPenney Reveals Locations Of 13 More Store Closures
JCPenney has revealed the locations of another 13 stores it will close permanently. Earlier this month, the community released a list of 154 stores nationwide that will close through the summer. The closures began in mid-June amid JCPenney's Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing. Ruby Tuesday has quietly closed 147 of its restaurants since late January, including one in the Hudson Valley and one in Fairfield County, according to Business Insider. New York State Police troopers removed two dozen motorists from area roadways during the extended Veterans Day holiday weekend. Local residents charged include: Westchester County On Saturday, Nov. 9, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Otis L. Martin, 36, of Croton-on-Hudson, for DWI. Stamford Man Among Three Charged In Westchester Checkpoint
A New York State Police DWI safety checkpoint in Westchester led to the arrest of three area residents for alleged impaired driving and an expensive ticket for a driver caught going more than 100 mph. New York State Police troopers conducted the checkpoint in the area of Route 9 in Cortlandt on Saturday, Feb. 2, making one felony and two misdemeanor DWI arrests.
