6 Women Busted In Waterbury Prostitution Sting As Part Of "Quality-Of-Life" Operation
Police in Connecticut arrested six women on charges of prostitution as part of a community clean-up sting, authorities said.
Waterbury Police arrested the women on Monday, Sept. 23, in the Willow Street and Hillside Avenue areas of the New Haven County town.
Those arrested include:

Amy Steele, age 40
Tina Conway, age 35
Julianna Nunes, age 43
Crystal Watson, age 41
Michelle Clabaugh, age 36

2 Stratford Spa Workers Charged With Prostitution
Two women in their 60s have been charged with alleged prostitution after a search warrant was executed at a Fairfield County spa.
The warrants were served in Stratford at the Garden Spa, 1804 Barnum Ave., on Thursday, Aug. 29.
According to Stratford Police Captain Jerry Pinto, the department’s Narcotics, Vice, and Intelligence Unit recently investigated the spa's activities.
Arrested during the warrant search were Yushan Li, age 62, and Shun Yu Quan, age 61, addresses unknown, were both transported to headquarters and charged with prostitution, Pinot said.

A woman has been charged with promoting prostitution at a busy Fairfield County spa.
HongMin Wang, age 58, of Queens, was arrested on Monday, Dec. 18, by members of the Norwalk Police Special Services Division at the Healthy Spa at 99 New Canaan Ave.
An investigation into activities at the spa stemmed from numerous complaints about this location, said Sgt. Ryan Evarts, of the Norwalk Police.

A woman already on probation for a prostitution arrest was busted by police with heroin and crack cocaine during a traffic stop on I-95.
Officers from the Milford Police Department stopped a vehicle on the interstate between exits 36 and 37 shortly after 1 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 7, for an equipment violation.
During the traffic stop, police said that Waterbury resident Brandy Milone, who was a passenger in the car, provided officers with a false name, Paula Johnston. Milone was also found to be in possession of crack cocaine, heroin, glass smoking pipes, hypodermic needles and a taser.
