Travel Delays Continue Following Danbury Dump Truck Crash Motorists can expect continued significant travel delays through the evening commute in Northern Fairfield County after a dump truck struck a pole, bringing down power lines earlier Monday. The crash took place around 10:10 a.m. Monday at 3 Plumtrees Road in Danbury when the truck, exiting a business with its bed extended struck the power lines over the roadway, said Danbury PD Det. Ralph Anderson.
