Stamford Man Busted With 180 Bags Of Heroin Following Investigation A Stamford man was nabbed with 180 bags of heroin following a weeks-long investigation by the city's Narcotics and Organized Crime Squad. Capt. Richard Conklin said Paul Dushi, 25, was arrested around 1 p.m. Friday following an investigation into information that he was selling heroin in the Glenbrook-Springdale neighborhoods. The squad received intel that Dushi, who is well-known to cops, would be carrying a quantity of heroin on him on Friday, so officers pulled over his black Volkswagen Jetta and found the drugs in the bottom of a Pack-n-Play box in the trunk of his car, Conklin said.n s…
