The discovery went down around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12, when a Trumbull police officer patrolling the area of Old Town Road and Oakview Drive, observed fresh tire tracks in the snow leading into the parking area of a vacant office building at 100 Oakview Drive, said Trumbull Police Capt.
