Norwalk 26-Year-Old Driving With Baby In Lap Nabbed With Drugs, Gun, Police Say A 26-year-old Fairfield County man allegedly driving with a baby in his lap, was busted on gun and narcotics charges. The incident occurred in Norwalk around 11:50 a.m., Sunday, March 31 A Norwalk man was arrested on gun and narcotics charges while driving around Naud Rodriguez, of Norwalk, was charged after a Norwalk Police officer pulled him over for driving with an unsecured baby on his lap, said Sgt.
