Man In 'Altered Mental' State Busted With Guns, Drugs In CT, Police Say A Connecticut man who held police at bay for several hours last week has been charged with alleged criminal possession of weapons and drugs. New Haven County resident Eric Warren, age 50, of Ansonia, was arrested on Tuesday, March 14 on a warrant for the Wednesday, March 8 incident at his home. Man Extradited From Hawaii For CT Homicide More than 11 years after the crime, a suspect is facing charges for his involvement in the 2011 murder of a Connecticut man. Andrew Spino, age 34, was extradited from Hawaii, where he was in jail on unrelated charges, by US Marshals to New Haven County in connection with the March 2011 murder of Isaia Hernandez in Ansonia.
