Two Women Accused Of Stealing $270 Worth Of Items At Boscov's Two women were arrested after allegedly stealing merchandise from a Boscov's. Leona Nixon, 26, and Tarrah Matthews, 18, both of New Haven, were arrested on Wednesday after Milford Police received a report of two shoplifters at the store at the Connecticut Post Mall, police said. An investigation found the women allegedly took $270 worth of merchandise from the store without paying.
