Former Weston Police Commissioner Faces Gun Charges After Domestic Incident A former Weston Police Commissioner has been arrested on a host of gun charges following a domestic dispute at his home, said Weston Police. Richard Phillips, 56, turned himself into police on Monday on an outstanding arrest warrant stemming from the domestic incident at his home on March 30, police said.
