Norwalk Woman Driving Wrong Way On I-95 Charged With DUI A 34-year-old Connecticut woman was busted for allegedly driving under the influence after she was stopped driving in the wrong direction on I-95. Fairfield County resident Kelsey McManus, of Norwalk, was charged around 10:30 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 20 in New Haven County in Milford, said the Connecticut State Police. According to state police, troopers responded to the area of Exit No. 39 in Milford for a report of a silver Subaru Forester driving south in the northbound lanes.
