Fairfield County Man Smashes Police Car Caught With 170 Bags Of Heroin
A Fairfield County man with a lengthy criminal history was busted with 170 bags of heroin by the members of the Stamford Police Department's Narc Squad after he smashed into a police car. Keenan Sneed, 28, of Bridgeport, was arrested around 2 p.m. Saturday after officers received information that he would be in town to deliver heroin, said Capt. Richard Conklin.
