CT Man Charged With Sexual Assault Of 14-Year-Old Girl A Connecticut man was charged by police for allegedly having an inappropriate relationship with a 14-year-old girl. Police charged New Haven County resident 49-year-old Uilton Dias of Derby with sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor on Friday, Dec. 8 in Seymour. Seymour Police Chief John Bucharti, investigators said they received information in June that Dias was having the relationship.
