Stamford Man Nabbed For Large Child Porn Downloads Including 520 Photos, Police Say A 33-year-old Fairfield County man has been charged with possession of child pornography following a four-month-long investigation after authorities were alerted to his actions. Mehdi Jafri of Stamford was arrested on Friday, Oct. 20 by Stamford Police following the investigation conducted along with the Department of Homeland Security, and Westport Police after the department's investigators who investigate internet crimes against children received a tip from the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
