Shelton PD: Two Nabbed For Firing Gun From Vehicle After Night Of Drinking Two area men were arrested for allegedly firing a gun out of a vehicle after a night of drinking. Michael White, 31, of Seymour, and Kenneth Banks, 27, of Shelton, were arrested after turning themselves in to Shelton Police for the incident which took place on Jan. 22, said Shelton Police Det. Richard Bango.
