Shelton PD: Two Nabbed For Firing Gun From Vehicle After Night Of Drinking Two area men were arrested for allegedly firing a gun out of a vehicle after a night of drinking. Michael White, 31, of Seymour, and Kenneth Banks, 27, of Shelton, were arrested after turning themselves in to Shelton Police for the incident which took place on Jan. 22, said Shelton Police Det. Richard Bango. According to Bango, Shelton Police received a complaint of shots fired in the area of Willoughby Road and Independence Drive.  When officers responded they recovered numerous spent shell casing near stop signs in the area, he said.
