Man Who Fired Shots From Handgun On I-95 In Fairfield County Caught A 27-year-old is behind bars after state police say he fired a gun from a car on I-95 in the middle of the afternoon on Sunday. State Police said they received multiple 911 reports of shots being fired near both Exit 32 in Stratford and Exit 28 in Bridgeport at around 3:30 p.m. Witnesses described a bearded man firing a handgun from a gray Ford Focus  northbound on I-95, police said.
