Teen Nabbed For Stealing Vehicle In Fairfield County, Police Say A Fairfield County man has been arrested for a 2019 incident in which he allegedly stole a 2010 Jeep Wrangler. According to Darien Police, in November 2019, a resident called police to report their vehicle was missing from their driveway, said Sgt. James Palmieri. The vehicle had been left unlocked with the keys inside, police said. Several days later, Darien Police were informed that the stolen vehicle had engaged Bridgeport Police in pursuit and the suspect had gotten away on foot.
