Three Injured After Car Strikes Bicyclist, Hits School Bus While Woman Flees Scene In Hartford A woman who hit a bicyclist and then slammed into the back of a school bus while trying to flee the scene has been arrested. Josmary Rodriguez, 38, of New Britain, was arrested by Hartford Police around 6:40 a.m. Tuesday after the department responded to the intersection of Gold and Main streets for the report of a car hitting a bicyclist, said Hartford Police Lt. Brian Bowsza. After hitting the bicycle rider, Rodriguez attempted to flee the scene and ended up slamming into the back of a school bus near the intersection with Wells Street, he added.
