One Dead After Boat Capsizes In Connecticut River A 64-year-old man died on Friday after a boat capsized in the Connecticut River at Haddam Meadows State Park in Haddam on Friday afternoon, state police said. The man, an unidentified Hamden resident, was pronounced dead Friday night at a local hospital, according to police.
