Fugitive Wanted For Murder Apprehended At Stratford Motel A 23-year-old man wanted for murder was taken into custody at a Fairfield County motel by the U.S. Marshals Violent Fugitive Task Force. Andrew Maxswane Evins was taken into custody around 9:30 a.m. Tuesday by the U.S. Marshals Violent Fugitive Task Force and the Stratford Police Department at the Rodeway Inn in Stratford, said U.S. Marshal Supervisory Deputy Brian O'Neill.  The hunt for Evins began following the shooting death of Jervaughn McKins, 23, on Aug. 12, in Eutawville, S.C., O'Neill said.
