Greenwich Man Charged With Slugging Another In Mouth During Fight
A Greenwich man was arrested for slugging another person in the mouth over their drug use, injuring them, according to the Greenwich Police.Frank Stamberg, 58, of Sheephill Road, was arrested and charged with assault Thursday, Jan. 25 after police said he struck another person in the mouth who was experiencing withdrawal symptoms, police said. The two had reportedly been arguing about the victim's drug use leaving Stamberg with a swollen knuckle and the victim with a bloody mouth, police said.
