Man Barricaded In Home Leads To Shelter-In-Place Order On CT Street An armed Connecticut man who barricaded himself inside a home with a family member for more than a day and a half has killed himself, according to police. The New Haven County incident began in Guilford on Wednesday, April 13, when the fire department was called to a home on Durham Road.
