Ondine Frohberg, of Suffield, who has high-functioning cognitive disabilities and is a diabetic was last seen at approximately 1:25 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 1 in the area of Route 190 west near the Route 5 overpass in Endfield. The incident took place around 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 17, when Enfield Police officers were alerted by an outside agency that Brandon Sanders, 18, and Johnny Ford, 32, were wanted in connection to a homicide in Burlington, Vermont, said the Enfield Police Department.
