Former Patient Arrested For Sexual Assaulting Another In Southport, Police Say A former patient at a convalescent home has been arrested for the allegedly sexually assaulting another elderly non-communicative patient at the home in Southport. The incident took place on Monday, Jan 21, when an employee at the Regal Care of Southport reported that a male patient was observed exiting the room of an elderly non-communicative patient’s room, said Fairfield Police Capt.
