Police: Westport Man Found Asleep In Car Early In Afternoon Under Influence A man was busted allegedly drinking and driving by officers after being found asleep behind the wheel in the middle of the afternoon, according to police in Westport. Officers from the Westport Police Department were dispatched at approximately 1:15 p.m. on March 27, where there was a report of a man asleep at the wheel with his car idling outside an Easton Road home.
