Largest Carfentanil Lab In Stamford History Busted, Police Say Stamford Police, along with help from the DEA, took down the largest carfentanil lab in the city's history during a raid on a quiet city street, according to Stamford police. Agents of the Narcotics and Organized Crime squad found the lab Tuesday on West Hill Circle while serving a search warrant on David Reichard, 29, said Capt. Richard Conklin.  Conklin said the team removed three 200- to 400-pound pill pressing machines, pill dyes and thousands of Percocet pills, which he said were manufactured in the barn of the home.
