Teen Caught After Crashing Stolen Car Into School Bus, Police Say A 16-year-old was arrested for stealing a vehicle and then slamming into the back of a school bus and taking off again. The incident took place around 7:46 a.m. Thursday when Hartford Police patrol units responded to a report that a school bus was struck from behind by a Ford Edge and the driver then fled the scene, Hartford police said. The school bus had one student aboard at the time of the incident who was not injured, they added.
