Attempted Carjacking Leads To Four Arrests In Shelton A violent attempted carjacking in Fairfield County led to a car crash, a foot chase by police, and the arrest of four people, including three juveniles, according to the Shelton Police Department. The incident took place around 9 p.m. Thursday when a woman and her 13-year-old daughter were parked in the Community Center parking lot on Huntington Street in Shelton, said Det. Richard Bango.
