Three New Officers Join Stamford Police Force Stamford Police welcomed three new officers at a swearing-in ceremony led by Stamford Mayor David Martin. The event, which also included, Director of Public Safety Ted Jankowski and Police Chief Jon Fontneau, took place on Thursday, Dec. 27 at the Stamford Government Center.
