Clouds will increase Thursday with a high of about freezing. Snow becomes more likely in the evening hours and overnight, but less than one inch of accumulation is expected. The chance of precipitation is 70 percent.
Flurries and the occasional snow shower could linger in the area through 10 a.m. Friday before gradually clearing. The high temperature will be around freezing but is expected to drop into the 20s during the day and well into the single digits overnight.
Chilly temperatures will linger Saturday despite sunny skies with a high of 21 degrees.
Meteorologists are tracking another potential storm that could impact the region Sunday night. Potential accumulations could be 6 to 12 inches, but the storm's path is still uncertain and will greatly impact how much snow falls in the area.
