Deep Freeze Continues In Norwalk; Overnight Snow Showers Possible

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Bitter and potentially dangerous cold will linger in Fairfield County through Thursday night, when snow showers will begin to move into the area.

Temperatures will only make it to the low 20s Thursday, while wind chills add insult to injury, making it feel between zero and 10 degrees in some areas, according to the National Weather Service.

Snow showers will move into the area overnight with a low temperature of about 17 degrees. The chance of precipitation is 40 percent.

Snow becomes more likely Friday morning with temperatures in the low 30s, but wind chills will still make temperatures feel closer to 5 to 15 degrees. The chance of snow is 60 percent.

Temperatures will drop back to the low 20s on Saturday with mostly sunny skies.

Clouds will move into the area on Sunday with a high temperature of about 33 degrees.
