Snow is likely to begin falling from mid- to late afternoon on Wednesday, with up to a half-inch possible. Another inch could fall Wednesday evening as temperatures drop into the mid-20s, the weather service said.
A chance of snow showers continues Thursday under cloudy skies and a high near 34 degrees. Winds of 8 to 11 mph will make it feel more like 20 to 25 degrees. The chance of precipitation is 40 percent.
