update: The crash scene has been cleared and all lanes of the Merritt are open.

NORWALK, Conn. — A rollover crash was blocking one lane of the Merritt Parkway in Norwalk at midday on Wednesday, according to the Connecticut Department of Transportation.

The crash occurred on the Merritt Parkway northbound between Exit 40B and Exit 41, DOT said. The right lane is closed. 

The crash was reported at 11:40 a.m. It was not clear how long it would take to clear the scene.
