Stamford residents Arber Isaku and Vincent Decaro, both age 32, were sentenced on Monday, Aug. 8, according to Vanessa Roberts Avery, United States attorney for the District of Connecticut. Largest Carfentanil Lab In Stamford History Busted, Police Say Stamford Police, along with help from the DEA, took down the largest carfentanil lab in the city's history during a raid on a quiet city street, according to Stamford police. Agents of the Narcotics and Organized Crime squad found the lab Tuesday on West Hill Circle while serving a search warrant on David Reichard, 29, said Capt. Richard Conklin.  Conklin said the team removed three 200- to 400-pound pill pressing machines, pill dyes and thousands of Percocet pills, which he said were manufactured in the barn of the home.
