Man Who Exposed Himself To Stamford Librarian ID'd, Charged A man who exposed himself to a Stamford librarian has been arrested after being spotted by an alert off-duty police officer, according to Stamford Police. Javon Bragg, 23, of Pittston, Pennsylvania, was charged with public indecency after being arrested around 7 p.m. Monday, said Sgt. Paul Guzda. The incident took place on Thursday, Feb. 15, when Bragg walked into the Weed Memorial Library and asked a librarian about getting a library card. Man Exposes Himself To Librarian In Fairfield County, Police Say Police are on the lookout for a man who exposed himself to a librarian after asking to apply for a library card. The incident took place around 12:30 p.m. Thursday at the Weed Memorial Library on Hope Street in Wingdale, said Stamford Police Sgt. Brian Butler. According to Bulter, the man, described as being a black male in his mid-30s, with a medium build and short hair and facial stubble, walked up to the check-out desk and asked to apply for a library card.
