Covid-19: Lamont Issues Recommendations For CT Thanksgiving Gatherings Although the positive COVID-19 rate in Connecticut dipped over the weekend, Gov. Ned Lamont’s health officials are still advising non-traditional, more muted, smaller Thanksgiving celebrations.
