Red Cross, Danbury Fire Department Partner To Offer Free Smoke Alarms
The City of Danbury Fire Department in partnership with the American Red Cross spent their St. Patrick's Day visiting residents to install free smoke alarms as a way to help reduce/eliminate fire-related deaths and injuries. The day-long event included a continental breakfast, provided by Dunkin Donuts and an extraordinary lunch buffet hosted by Taste of South Africa, said Danbury Fire Department Spokesman James Gagliardo.
