Second Tornado Touchdown Confirmed In Connecticut A second tornado has been confirmed to have touched down in Connecticut during Tuesday's severe storms. The first tornado confirmed was in New Canaan and Norwalk, according to the National Weather Service. Confirmed Tornado Touched Down In Norwalk A third tornado has been confirmed in the Lower Hudson Valley/Fairfield County area during Tuesday's severe storm.
