Former Firefighter In Norwalk Sentenced For Dealing Cocaine A former Norwalk firefighter who pleaded guilty in December to selling crack cocaine out of the central firehouse was sentenced Thursday to three years in jail. Mark Monroe, 46, who was sentenced at the Stamford courthouse, was also sentenced to 10 years of special patrol after he has served the three years.
