Suspect On Loose After Restaurant Worker Stabbed In Southport A suspect is on the loose after allegedly stabbing a restaurant worker in Southport, police say. Fairfield Police responded to 96 Station St. in Southport on the morning of Monday, Feb. 11 on the report of an assault. The victim, who is reportedly an employee of Paci Restaurant, said she was taking the garbage to the dumpster when she was grabbed from behind. When the victim tried to escape, she was struck multiple times in the face and stabbed in the abdomen with an unknown object, according to police.
