Mail Carrier From Norwalk Caught Stealing Gift Cards In Greenwich A Greenwich mail carrier was arrested Tuesday and charged with the theft of gift cards from the mail. Ismail Laksabi, 43, of Springdale Court, Norwalk, was arrested following a three-month investigation by the U.S. Postal Service, the State Financial Crimes Task Force and Greenwich police. Laksabi, a mail carrier in Central Greenwich, is accused of stealing gift cards purchased for residents on his route, according to the arrest report.
