Stamford Man Driving Without Headlights On Overnight Under Influence In Greenwich, Police Say A motorist without a license driving without his headlights on late on Wednesday morning in Fairfield County was allegedly under the influence, police said. Shortly after 2 a.m. on Oct. 10, an officer from the Greenwich Police Department who was on patrol on East Putnam Avenue spotted a car heading in the opposite direction without its headlights illuminated. Man Faces DUI Charge After Crash In Greenwich A Westchester man was busted for allegedly drinking and driving in Fairfield County, leading to a crash in Greenwich. Investigators from the Greenwich Police Department were dispatched to the intersection of Sheep Hill Road and Old Orchard Road, where there was a report of the crash in the area. Police said that upon arrival at the crash scene, they “detected the strong, distinct order associated with consumption of alcoholic beverages” coming from one of the drivers, 21-year-old Armonk resident Kevin Maman. Teenage Girl Punches Victim Several Times In Greenwich Incident, Police Say A Fairfield County teenager had to be restrained by police after getting into a midday fight in Greenwich. Officers from the Greenwich Police Department were dispatched to a Hamilton Avenue building on the west side of town shortly after 6:30 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 10, where there was a report of a fight that had turned physical between two people. Upon arrival, police said that it was determined that Stamford resident Emely Rodas, 18, struck her victim in the head repeatedly during the struggle.
