Stamford Man Driving Without Headlights On Overnight Under Influence In Greenwich, Police Say A motorist without a license driving without his headlights on late on Wednesday morning in Fairfield County was allegedly under the influence, police said. Shortly after 2 a.m. on Oct. 10, an officer from the Greenwich Police Department who was on patrol on East Putnam Avenue spotted a car heading in the opposite direction without its headlights illuminated. Man Faces DUI Charge After Crash In Greenwich A Westchester man was busted for allegedly drinking and driving in Fairfield County, leading to a crash in Greenwich. Investigators from the Greenwich Police Department were dispatched to the intersection of Sheep Hill Road and Old Orchard Road, where there was a report of the crash in the area.
