A Connecticut man who had a “sex dungeon” and attempted to pay for "limitless" sex with a child has been sentenced to nearly 29 years in federal prison. Simon Hessler, 48, formerly of Ellington, has been sentenced to nearly 29 years in federal prison, followed by 10 years of supervised release over child exploration offenses. Hessler was the owner of Baymont Inn & Suites in Manchester, according to his LinkedIn profile. A man accused of running a “slave training” business has been arrested in connection with a human trafficking investigation in Connecticut. The Connecticut State Police Computer Crimes Unit arrested Simon Hessler, 47, who was wanted on sexual assault charges. Hessler was charged on Friday, Nov. 8 with four counts of fourth-degree sexual assault and four counts of risk of injury/impairing the morals of a minor. He has been remanded on $1,000,000 bail. Hotel Owner Charged With Sex Trafficking, Connecticut State Police Say
A Connecticut hotel owner allegedly operating a “sex dungeon” is facing a host of charges, including human sex trafficking involving a preteen, police said. Simon Hessler, an Ellington resident and the owner and manager of Baymont Inn and Suites in Manchester, was busted by Connecticut State Police following an investigation into underage human sex trafficking.
