The incident occurred in Norwalk around 11:50 a.m., Sunday, March 31 A Norwalk man was arrested on gun and narcotics charges while driving around Naud Rodriguez, of Norwalk, was charged after a Norwalk Police officer pulled him over for driving with an unsecured baby on his lap, said Sgt. Fairfield County Convicted Felon Nabbed With Drugs, Gun, Police Say A Fairfield County man was nabbed with drugs and a loaded gun after police received a tip he was selling drugs. Nnamdi Clarke, age 48, of Bridgeport, was arrested on Wednesday, Oct. 12 in Bridgeport. According to Capt. Road Rage: Man Menaces Driver, Family With Gun On I-684, Police Say A man is facing multiple felony charges following a road-rage incident in the Hudson Valley, state police said.
