Woman Driving On Opposite Lane Under Influence, Greenwich Police Say An area woman was allegedly driving drunk after being busted by police driving on the wrong side of the road in Greenwich. Officers on patrol at approximately 12:30 a.m. on Saturday morning stopped Norwalk resident Maria Carmela Morales-Gramajo near the intersection of Sheep Hill Road and Apache Place after she was spotted driving in the wrong lane on East Putnam Avenue. Man Faces DUI Charge After Crash In Greenwich A Westchester man was busted for allegedly drinking and driving in Fairfield County, leading to a crash in Greenwich. Investigators from the Greenwich Police Department were dispatched to the intersection of Sheep Hill Road and Old Orchard Road, where there was a report of the crash in the area. Police said that upon arrival at the crash scene, they “detected the strong, distinct order associated with consumption of alcoholic beverages” coming from one of the drivers, 21-year-old Armonk resident Kevin Maman.
