Man Jumps To His Death From Roof Of Building In Norwalk, Police Say A man jumped to his death from the roof of a Fairfield County building. The incident took place around 8:11 a.m., Monday, June 14, in Norwalk. Police responded to numerous 911 calls that a man was lying on Selleck Street and was unresponsive, said Norwalk PD Sgt. Sofia Gulino. Officers immediately responded to the area and located a man who was dead, she said. ID Released For Easton Man Who Died After Falling Into Norwalk River An Easton man who died after falling into the Norwalk River on Selleck Street has been identified. Jozef Gorski, 62, died around 9:24 p.m., Sunday, June 30, after falling into the river, said Norwalk Police Lt. Terrence Blake. Following a call about the incident, Norwalk Police, Norwalk Fire and Norwalk Hospital EMS responded to are to search for the man who fell and then never resurfaced, Blake said.
