Know Him Or This Car? State Police Search For Stolen Vehicle Suspect Do you know him or his car? If so, the Connecticut State Police are looking for the man in connection with a stolen vehicle and a car burglary, according to Trooper Kelly Grant.  State police received word of the car burglary early Thursday when a resident called to report a purse in the roadway in from of a home on Scuppo Road in Waterbury, Grant said. Upon arrival, troopers discovered the purse belonged to a woman on Scuppo who told officers that cash and credit cards had also been taken from her vehicle.
