Christmas Eve Crash Into Cleaners: CT 22-Year-Old Nabbed After Fleeing Scene, Police Say A man has been apprehended after authorities say he left the scene after crashing into a dry cleaner in Connecticut on Christmas Eve while allegedly driving while intoxicated. In the early hours of Sunday, Dec. 24 in in New Haven County, a vehicle crashed into Beany's Cleaners in Naugatuck, located on Rubber Avenue, causing significant damage to the building and a crosswalk signal pole.  The driver fled the scene before law enforcement arrived, Naugatuck Police said. Dylan Ragusa was last seen on Thursday, Jan. 19 in Naugatuck in the area of Rubber Avenue.
