Suspect In Theft Of High-End Handbags At Saks Fifth Avenue Taken Into Custody A 30-year-old woman wanted for allegedly ripping off high-end handbags from Saks Fifth Avenue has been arrested two years later on a warrant.  Rosetta Armstead was picked up on a warrant Wednesday at the Hudson County Correctional Facility and charged with larceny, conspiracy, reckless endangerment and a host of other charges, said the Greenwich Police.
